With the combination of 60 HP FANUC spindle motor and German ZF gearbox, YH50 horizontal turning center generates an awe-inspiring amount of torque: 1,284 lb-ft of torque at 246 rpm.

The machine base is constructed of Meehanite casting which is renowned for its superior rigidity and vibration dampening characteristics. YH series allows you to take heavy cuts in tough metals with confidence. YH50 comes standard with 18” hydraulic chuck, while 22” and 24” chucks are available as options.

Spindle

Double roller bearings and ball bearings fitted on the spindle offer large contact surface ensuring highest rigidity for heavy loads and superior surface finish. Spindle bearings are permanently lubricated precision class P4. The spindle’s suitable span, heavy cast structure and gear-free design eliminate vibration and meet the high rigidity and high precision
