Yh36 Headline 291x42

YH36 horizontal turning center comes standard with 50 HP FANUC spindle motor. Combined with its ZF gearbox, it generates 1,418 lb-ft of torque at 183 rpm.

All the machines in the YH series feature one-piece slant bed structure that ensures a stable machine with lower center of gravity. The slant bed design allows easy access to the work area and excellent chip flow. Machine exterior is painted with durable powded coating to help maintain the machine’s appearance.

Spindle

Double roller bearings and ball bearings fitted on the spindle offer large contact surface ensuring highest rigidity for heavy loads and superior surface finish. Spindle bearings are permanently lubricated precision class P4. The spindle’s suitable span, heavy cast structure and gear-free design eliminate vibration and meet the high rigidity and high precision

Turret

The tool turret features high precision curved coupling with powerful hydraulic clamping for heavy cutting. The high turret indexing rate is made possible by a non-stop random indexing system, allowing quick tool change over, high positioning speed and a reduction in non-cutting time.

The one-piece, Meehanite casting base has been proven to have significant advantages for precision turning and has the ability to distribute stress and heat throughout it's entire structure.
